Two B walks did the same circular route in opposite directions. The pictures come from the clockwise walk - first crossing from Betws to the east side of the Conway valley then doing a clockwise circuit over the hills east of Capel Garmon back to the Conway valley, finishing along the river, past Fairy Glen.
This view of the Glyder range, with Tryfan's rocky face prominent in the middle, was the reward for a stiff climb through the woods ..
.. and don't we look pleased with ourselves!
